John Westbrook
John Westbrook is a member of the RCSB PDB Project Team based at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His talk covered new developments with the wwPDB deposition and annotation services with particular emphasis on the validation tools that have been implemented. In addition, John discussed the transition ot the PDBx/mmCIF file format, contents of the wwPDB Validation reports, as well as ongoing efforts at wwPDB to develop community-based validation standards.
