Sometimes the robot dewar will be getting loaded with new crystals while you are collecting data.

This can be done without affecting your data collection in any way.

In the "Sample Tab" you may see "LOCKED by George, please wait".

When that warning is visible you will not be able to dis/mount any crystals, 
     but the beamline will function normally in every other way.

We will be paying attention to your collection and your readiness to mount your next crystal, etc.
We will make every effort to return Robot Control to you BEFORE you need it. 

HOWEVER, if you're ready to mount your next crystal and still see the "LOCKED" message, 
     just stay on the Sample Tab and wait for the message to go away.
     As soon as the it's gone it will be OK to mount your next crystal.
     We'll be as quick and unobtrusive as we can.
