On bl831b.als.lbl.gov, the front-end computer (accessible from KVM switch near "graphics1") confirm that the Video Feedback Control is ON and setup properly. From the "Motors" drop down-menu, Open the "Motor Debug" Window, and check that "Horizontal Video Control" is Enabled "Vertical Video Control" is Enabled. From the "Video" drop-down-menu, select "Monitor" check that: Average Factor = 0.00 Black Reference = 0.315 View = Filtered Threshold = 40 White Reference = 0.9 Confirm that the ROI is set to a proper size. The feedback can also be checked, turned on, and off with a script from a graphics machine: feedback.com [keep, off]
