Data files for the Low Resolution structure example

Reproduced from the the CNS version 1.3 website "Tutorials" section with permission (Axel Brünger, 2011 personal communication with Andy Torelli).
To get there, first, go to the CNS version 1.3 website (link above), then click on the "Tutorial" link and follow the "DEN-assisted refinement at low resolution (lower than ~ 3.5 A resolution)" tutorial. (NOTE: To download the data, run the script at the bottom of the Tutorials page)

The structure in this example is of full-length p97/Valosin-Containing Protein, which is described by the PDB entry 3CF1 and the following citation.

The data for this example are here:
Reflection file (.hkl format)
Test set (Rfree) reflection flags (.hkl format)
Reference coordinate file (.pdb format)
"Start" coordinate file (.pdb format)
"Target" coordinate file (.pdb format)

CNS-specific files include:
A CNS parameter file for the ADP ligands (.par format)
A CNS topology file for the ADP ligands (.par format)
A CNS non-crystallographic symmetry definition file (.def format) and the "old" file

A CNS script for DEN refinement of this structure.
A CNS script for non-DEN, low-resolution refinement of this structure (for comparison of methods and results).
